BRANDED INTERIOR SIGNAGE

Incorporating YMCA graphics throughout wellness centers maintains a consistent, branded experience for members and visitors. The forward arrow element from the Y logo creates a sense of motion and contributes to a sleek and modern aesthetic. By contrasting vibrant brand colors with black and white photos and flat vinyl pieces with dimensional signage, I was also able to add visually balanced, multidimensional effect to the signage at the Aurora YMCA.

This space in particular posed a great creative challenge. This brand-new, state-of-the-art facility had a limited timeline between the completion of construction and the Grand Opening. Using floor plans and measurements from the building team, I coordinated and proposed signage for the entire wellness center while working with production and installation vendors to stay within budget. Once completed, I filmed and promoted videos of the new location to create buzz on social media (see below).
